Delivery Policy (Digital Services)
Since we deal in digital marketing services, delivery is digital.
Service Commencement
Work starts within 48 hours of successful payment confirmation, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Deliverables & Formats
Deliverables may include strategy documents, ad campaign files, social media creatives, reports, and website files. These will be shared via email, cloud links (Google Drive, Dropbox), or project dashboard.
Timeline & Revisions
Each project has its own timeline, which will be communicated upfront. Additional revisions beyond agreed scope may extend timelines.
Delays
We are not liable for delays caused by the client’s delayed feedback, missing inputs, or content. We commit to timely communication and updates.
Completion
Once all deliverables are submitted and accepted, the service is complete. Any further work is considered a new engagement or paid revision.
