Refund & Cancellation Policy

Growth Solutions is a service-based digital marketing agency, and we dedicate resources once a project begins. Please read this policy carefully.

We do not offer refunds once a service has commenced (i.e. after work has started).
If a cancellation is made before any work begins, a full refund is allowed.
Refunds will generally be processed within 7 to 10 business days via the same payment method used.
Refund is not available for dissatisfaction stemming from subjective preferences once work is delivered in line with the agreed scope.

Cancellation requests must be made in writing via info@growths.in before project initiation.
Once work has begun, cancellation is not accepted.
If cancellation is accepted, and refund is due, it will be processed via the same mode of payment used.
