2. Services We Offer
We offer digital marketing services including, but not limited to social media marketing, SEO, content marketing, website design & maintenance, personal branding, and paid ads management. Each engagement is customized to client needs.
3. Payment Terms
Unless otherwise agreed, all services must be paid in advance. Upon successful payment confirmation, the service will begin within 48 hours. We accept payments through secure, third-party gateways.
4. Refunds & Cancellations
Once a service engagement has commenced (i.e. work has begun), no refunds will be issued. If no work has begun, the client may request cancellation and a full refund will be processed. (See detailed Refund & Cancellation Policy.)
5. Client Obligations & Cooperation
Clients are required to provide all necessary materials, access, content, feedback, and approvals in a timely manner. Delays in client responses may push back project timelines, for which we are not responsible.
6. Intellectual Property & Rights
All creative materials, designs, strategy documents, and content produced by us remain our intellectual property until full payment is received. After successful payment, exclusive rights to the final deliverables are transferred to the client. We retain the right to showcase the work in our portfolio, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
7. Use Policy & Legal Compliance
Clients must ensure that the content, campaigns, or materials provided comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and platform policies (e.g., social media rules, advertising standards). Growth Solutions is not liable for removal, suspension, or penalties imposed by third parties due to client content.
8. Limitation of Liability
Growth Solutions is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses, including loss of revenue, loss of reputation, or data. While we strive for effective results, we do not guarantee specific outcomes (sales, leads, rankings), because such outcomes depend on many external factors beyond our control.
9. Termination & Suspension
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate services if the client violates these Terms, fails to make required payments, or behaves inappropriately in communication.
10. Governing Law & Disputes
These Terms are governed by Indian law. Disputes arising hereunder will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh.
11. Amendments
We may update these Terms from time to time. Clients will be notified of changes, and continued use of our site or services after changes constitutes acceptance.
